Sourdough Pizza Dough
Dough should be placed in the fridge shortly after delivery! When you’re ready to bake, take the dough out of the fridge, and let it rest on your counter for about 1-3 hours. Then, flour the dough if sticky and press into desired size. Next, add toppings and bake at 450 degrees until the crust is golden brown! If kept in refrigerator, dough should be consumed within 1-2 days after delivery. If you plan to consume later than this, you can freeze it and thaw at room temperature before baking!
Dough makes enough for one extra large (about 20-inches wide) pizza, or two medium-sized pizzas.
Ingredients: Organic unbleached wheat flour, organic unbleached malted barley flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (fermented organic flour, filtered water), Himalayan pink salt.
